This seminar equips community leaders to build thriving, inclusive workplaces that celebrate religious pluralism as a social norm. This two-day intensive seminar provides an understanding of religious diversity, equity, and inclusion through historical, cultural, and structural analysis such as privilege and marginalization.
Tri-Faith Initiative offers innovative Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs and services specializing in Religious Other Inclusion (ROI). ROI’s programs cover a variety of topical areas related to religion in the workplace, such as legal issues, inclusion strategy and implementation, and religious literacy for professionals.
