The Center

A shared Tri-Faith Center on the Tri-Faith Commons will serve as a hub of collaboration for social events, educational activities, and conference facilities. The center will welcome people of all faiths and will become a model for peaceful co-existence that builds on America’s promise of religious freedom and our desire for understanding. We hope for it to become a place where people from throughout the country come to study and interact. The Tri-Faith Center is anticipated to open in early 2020.

Even as we await the Tri-Faith Center’s completion the Tri-Faith Center to be built, we are sponsoring activities that include speaking engagements, children’s programs, shared holidays between congregations, and annual picnics.

The Tri-Faith Center will be a microcosm for bringing people together and serve as an example to the world showcasing how to deal with issues that are critically important today.

The design of the Tri-Faith Center will reflect our commitment to collaboration, connectedness, and community with our Abrahamic faith partners. The building will include:

  • Informal meeting and common spaces
  • Large, tent-like space, to be used for dinners, performances, and other multi-faith gatherings
  • Gathering spaces for retreats in a contemplative environment
  • Advanced information and communication technologies and space for permanent and traveling displays
  • Enhanced broadband internet services to support electronic learning
  • Office space for programming and administrative staff
  • Digital research library and archives
  • Catering kitchen

Once completed, the Tri-Faith Commons will be a hub of educational events and resources, including webinars and other digital programs that can be used worldwide.

Commons-wide tours explore the three congregations buildings. You will learn about each congregation and their involvement as part of the Tri-Faith Initiative. Tours take at least 90 minutes, however, longer tours allow for your group to take in each congregation’s space more fully, and give plenty of time to ask questions. Please give at least one month’s notice for tours

.Our speakers are available to make a presentation to your church, synagogue, mosque, civic or community group. To request a speaker, please contact Program Director, Amanda Ryan by emailing
