This Ramadan, the Tri-Faith staff will fasting in solidarity with our Muslim neighbors on Saturday, May 8. We will voluntarily abstain from food and drink from sunrise to sunset, and we’d like to invite you to consider joining us.
About Ramadan:
Ramadan is the ninth calendar month in the hijri (Islamic) calendar. Traditionally this is a month of fasting, prayer, self-reflection, and community. Fasting on Ramadan is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, as described in the Hadith of Gabriel.
